Our training methods and related services

Our training courses are designed and implemented around teaching methods suitable for professionals and adults learning (Andragogy). Whether in face-to-face or at a distance learning, we favor as much as possible visualization methods, experience sharing, teamwork, workshops, individual work, simulations or role-playing as well as field visits that promote both a maximum acquisition of practical skills with a minimum dose of theoretical knowledge.

In addition, for our face-to-face training, we ensure that related services are satisfactorily facilitated in the training venues such as housing, food, healthcare, communication, tourism, and shopping. Our aim is to allow our participants not only to acquire knowledge in pleasant conditions but also to have memorable stays in compliance with our regulations, our norms and standards and the conditions required by the socio-political context of the places/countries where our training takes place.

Regarding our distance learning courses, not only do we use all technical and technological means in order to provide our participants with the best learning conditions possible, but also, we care for their needs and do our best to solve their problems.
